Attitude 

The right attitude can drive a mediocre athlete to the pinnacle of success, but the finest physical potential in the world will not be realized if a poor mental attitude exists.  How sad for a basketball player or any athlete to fail to reap the wonderful rewards of success just because of attitude. If attitude depended on physical ability it would be different. It's not possible for every player to lead his conference in rebounding, or scoring, or assists. But it is possible for every player to maintain a good mental attitude.
Qualities of a great ATTITUDE Positive thinking
1. Burning desire to win
2. Burning desire to prepare to win
3. Self-control
4. Coachable
5. Never complain or criticize your coach or teammate

The effectiveness of any goal setting program is dependent on the interaction between individuals and the situation in which the individuals are placed.
A)     Set specific goals.
B)      Set realistic goals.
C)      Set long and short- term goals.

Run the line ball handling

NON-DOMINANT HAND EMPHASIS: Run baseline to half court and back with non-dominate hand emphasis. Players do each move for 8 trips in "commando" fashion, then shoot 5 free throws after each set. For every miss free throw give yourself a consequence.  GO HARD!
